Who we are: A professional and leading sales agency representing quality commercial, hospitality and residential floor covering products from around the world.
Locations: Corporate offices are located in Holbrook, Long Island, NY and an additional Sales Office in New York City.
Purpose: To perform sales and marketing for manufacturers in the Floor Covering Industry.  With a team of highly dedicated and successful salespeople, we are committed to continually increasing the market share and profit margins of our manufacturers within the areas we cover.  We pride ourselves on the long term relationships we build with both our clients and manufacturers.  We specialize in custom and eco-friendly products.
Types of flooring products we represent:  Commercial, hospitality and residential carpets, area rugs, runners, cork, bamboo, carpet and area rug padding and stair rods.
Territory Coverage: Our core customer relationships are within the Tri-State area (five boroughs of New York City), Long Island, Connecticut, lower New York State, Central and Northern New Jersey.  Plus, Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Sales Team: Our team is composed of highly effective salespeople with extensive experience and contacts in the commercial, hospitality, architectural & design specification and floor covering industry.  Lane Sales currently employs five (5) Territory Managers and two (2) full and part-time office support staff. Our sales experience spans across companies such as Stanton Carpet, the Rug Hold Company, Collins and Aikman (Tandus), Salem Carpet Mills, and more. Our experience ranges from national sales management, operations & production management, sales representation, architect and design specification, project management, sales training, carpet store ownership and extensive computer knowledge.
We also have a Hospitality Division comprised of three (3) Territory Managers and one (1) full time support staff; focused solely on promoting Lane Sales wool product lines and custom, specifically to A&D firms that specialize in hospitality and to Hospitality Purchasing Agents.

  • Developed and implemented national custom rug and broadloom programs for Stark Carpet Corp., Patterson Flynn and Martin, Saxony Carpet showrooms and others.
  • Obtained account and sold custom products selling in over 700 Bed Bath and Beyond locations around the country.
  • Sold custom products to all Ross Stores nationally.
  • Automated tracking of all samples and displays sold to our customers
  • Regularly send fax blasts and newsletters to notify customers of price changes, promotions, drops, etc… for the lines we represent.
  • Currently reside on two Rep Advisory Councils for major mills we represent. Advise on product direction, sampling, buying groups, promotions, customer service, operational items, etc…
  • Pioneered several lines not only developing significant market share but also in creating brand identification.
  • Produced multiple materials for Product Knowledge training sessions and have trained hundreds of salespersons across the Tri-State area in our represented lines.
  • Currently generating millions of dollars in sales for the companies we represent.
